Dear all,

Welcome to Capital University of Physical Education and Sports (CUPES). In order to have a good beginning of the new term, please pay attention to:

1.    Undergraduates & postgraduates: Please register at your department to learn about the new term course arrangement on Sep.6. Take your student card and register at Room 109 of International Student Apartment between Sep. 7 and Sep. 11. Classes begin on Sep. 7.

2.    Visiting scholars, language students & Korean exchange students: Please take your passport and register at Room 109 of International Student Apartment between Sep. 7 and Sep. 9 with your student card if you have. Classes begin on Sep. 14. Pay the fee for tuition, accommodation, and insurance in time. Chinese language students would have Chinese Language Placement Test at Room 404 at 9:20 on Sep. 10. For the namelist, see Annex. On Sep. 11 morning test results will be announced and textbooks could be collected.

3.    Chinese Government Scholarship students must register within the stipulated time. If not, living expense won’t be granted.

4.    A security and sanitation inspection of International Student Apartment will be carried out at 10:00 on Sep. 11.

5.    To ensure the personal safety of international students in CUPES and maintain the normal order of the school, please abide by the laws of People’s Republic of China as well as the regulations and rules of CUPES. No absence without leave request, no drug abuse, no fighting and no mobbing.

Those who live off campus bring your residence certificate for registration. And those who can’t register in time please inform International Student Office in advance.
